This course aims to provide basic fundamental learning skills required for the hospitality industry. Students will learn the fine art of coffee making along with bar skills and cash register operations. This will be complemented with a sound grounding and understanding of hygiene and OHS related procedures. This course will be offered twice in semester two; in August and November. Sessions will be conducted on Monday and Tuesday evenings and will run for 5 consecutive weeks.
